About

Creative Director | Art Director | AI Creative Producer | Creative Production Lead

Hi, I’m Shine Jaya Rajan — a Creative Director, Art Director, AI Creative Producer, and Creative Production Lead based in Dubai, UAE.

I transform ideas into powerful visual stories, immersive experiences, and production-ready creative solutions — from the first concept and big idea to final execution.

My experience spans AI filmmaking, creative direction, art direction, advertising, motion graphics, 3D visualization, experiential design, exhibitions, sports events, brand activations, and large-scale productions across the UAE, GCC, and international projects.

My journey has evolved from 3D Artist → Visualizer → VFX Artist → Production Lead → Creative Head → AI Creative Producer, giving me the ability to connect creative vision, design, technology, and real-world production.

I work across the complete creative journey — concept development, creative strategy, visual storytelling, campaign ideas, art direction, spatial and experiential design, storyboarding, 3D visualization, AI-generated content, technical development, production planning, and final execution.

Today, I combine creative expertise with AI and emerging technologies to develop cinematic films, advertising content, immersive brand experiences, exhibition environments, event concepts, digital campaigns, and innovative visual solutions.

Whether you need a Creative Director to shape the vision, an Art Director to define the visual language, an AI Creative Producer to develop next-generation content, or a Production Lead to turn the idea into reality, I bring creative thinking and production understanding to every stage of the process.

Available for creative leadership, art direction, AI filmmaking, advertising, experiential projects, exhibitions, events, brand campaigns, and production collaborations across the UAE, GCC, and internationally.

Let’s turn your idea into something people can see, experience, and remember.
